The classes go for 12 hours. They can be run over two x 6 hour days or four x 3 hour days. The in person classes are run in Lilydale, Victoria. The online classes will be run via Zoom.

Absolutely not! This program is for everyone. Whether you want a natural birth, medicated birth, choose an induction or an elective caesarean. What you will learn in this course will prepare your mindset and give you knowledge and tools for whatever your birth experience is. The only outcome I want for you is a positive birth, however that looks for you.

You can book in and attend a class at any time in your pregnancy. The most ideal time to start is recommended between 20 and 30 weeks. This way you have enough time to practice the techniques you learn in class before you give birth. You can even absolutely attend a class right up until the end of your pregnancy!

Absolutely! Please bring your birth partner along! This can be your partner, mother, friend, sister…whoever your support person may be. You can also absolutely come on your own and you will be completely supported.

Your birth partner learns and practices the tools and techniques for labour with you. They learn all about how to support and advocate for you in labour and birth with confidence. Birth partners leave the course knowing exactly what their crucial role is and how to carry it out.
